Today, I’m sharing about how we can reconnect to the kind of education that matters to us and counts for something.
First. School is not a scam and dropping out is not the best option.
Second: Education is not limited to the four walls of a University or a particular course. If your school didn’t give you your skill/dream course, you can choose what you want to study online or offline. (That’s the essence of education — the ability to choose or decide what is good for you). We don’t need anyone’s permission or approval for our education.
We need to take responsibility for our future and our education. Our system is doing what it could do and it’s improving too. It’s time to take our future into our hands and get another kind of education that ensures forward motion.
You know, education becomes interesting when we study courses related to our area of skills, gifts and talents.
Imagine how easy it would be if people are in school studying their skill courses like comedy, studying music full time, studying football, studying writing, studying make-up, studying graphic design, fashion design, web design. Imagine.
Time is of essence, hence the need to channel all of our experience and education to areas of our strength, skills and potential.
See, success is not in short supply and its not dependent on the course or the school you’re attending. Anyone, anywhere with determination and resolve can change their lives for good.
Here’s the idea: embrace self education. Educate yourself. Pick yourself. Pick your course. Choose your education.
