Take a walk

Often times, we work all day, all week and all month. It gets difficult to disconnect from work and connect with our true self.
It’s understandable. There’s so much work to be done. So much pressure, projects, assignments, tasks, etc to be completed and you could get worked up with this consciousness.
Taking a walk, out of work is one sure way to connect with your self. To refresh and think new thoughts. To have a breath of fresh air.
There’re many ways to ease off. Whatever you do to rest, please keep at it.
