The Second Half of the Game

Anyone who watches football knows that a lot can happen in second half that changes the trajectory of the game. It’s not as if the game changes because it’s 2nd half. The game changes in second half because some players were removed and others came in. The game changed because players changed wings. And that is the handiwork of the coach. To change strategy, to change approach and to change players so as to get the desired results.

See, you need to do this in your life. You’re the coach of your team. What players are you going to change? You can’t just be procrastinating this. You’ve got to do it irrespective of how you feel.
